  1. All Beaches, Beachfront Roads & Parking Areas Are PRIVATE. Access Is Restricted To Long Beach Owners And Their Guests. Parking Is By Long Beach Permit ONLY. Violators May Be Towed At The Vehicle Owner's Expense Without Warning. POSTED: NO TRESPASSING 
  2. Beaches Are UNPROTECTED. All Activity Is At YOUR OWN RISK. Broken Glass And Other Dangerous Objects May Be Present. 
  3. Pets Must Be ON LEASH & Restrained By Owner At All Times. 
  4. Motor Vehicles, Boat Trailers & RVs NOT Allowed On Beaches and Beach Access Rights of Way. 
  5. Always Use Trash Barrels For Your Litter. 
  6. Glass Containers Are NOT Allowed On The Beaches. 
  7. The Gate At The Northern Beach Is LOCKED At 10:00PM. 
  8. Personal Water Craft Must Be Kept AWAY From The Beaches. 
  9. Stay OFF The Rocks. The Channel Drops Off Very Sharply. 
  10. NO Swimming In The Harbor Channel. 
  11. Consider The Rights Of Others When Having A Beach Party.
The Calvert County Sheriff's Department Is Authorized To Enforce These Rules, As Well As All County, State And Federal Laws.
